Always Coming Home
by Ursula K. Le Guin
Anthropological science fiction. Not written as a regular novel, but rather as an ethnographic study of the Kesh, a people who may someday will have lived in what is now the Napa Valley, in California. Her father was Alfred L. Kroeber (an anthropologist in the late 1800s- early 1900's. That she grew up in the Napa Valley is also evident from details that she includes. As I said, it's not a regular novel. It does take some work to get through, but it is well worth it!

The Fifth Sacred Thing
by Starhawk

Drawing Down the Moon
by Margot Adler
A great general introduction to NeoPaganism.

What I'm Currently Reading

Sams Teach Yourself HTML 4 in 24 Hours (4th ed.)
by Dick Oliver
Yes, I'm learning HTML as I make this website. I actually went through it once, and now just treat it as a reference, sitting by my system.

The Black Swan
by Mercedes Lackey
Just started this one. Misty is one of my all time favorite authors. Some of her books will eventually make it into the list above.
